Virtual Vegan Cooking Class May

Join Krystin for a follow along cooking class to learn how to cook delicious plant-based meals!

Coach Krystin is strength training specialist with a long history in living a Plant-Based lifestyle.

She has proven the ability to gain muscle and strength on a Vegan diet, and has found great ways to make being Vegan more realistic and accessible.

Join Krystin on the 3rd Saturday of every month @ 5pm PST for a “Cook with a Coach” follow-along virtual cooking class: Vegan Edition!

You are welcome to participate or simply to attend, watch and take notes!

Krystin will send out a grocery list and list of equipment to have handy 1 week before every cooking class. All you have to do is register, get your ingredients ready and follow along!
