We will be making Vegan Pesto from scratch to pour over your favourite pasta, a Caesar salad with vegan dressing, and dairy-free Chocolate Avocado Pudding for dessert. This class is for all levels, no major cooking ability required! Gather your ingredients, pour yourself a glass of wine or a mocktail, and let’s get cooking together.
Recipes are vegan and there will be ingredients substitution options to suit allergies. You will need a blender or food processor, knife, cutting board, a large pot, measuring cups and spoons, plus the ingredients.
