In this signature lecture, participants will learn more about the differences between vegan, plant-based, plant-forward, and other confusing terms. They will learn the common misconceptions of a plant-based diet and get tips on easy swap-outs and substitutions for their favorite dishes. A quiz is included to test the participant’s knowledge of the new food frontier that is quickly becoming mainstream. The message is finding one’s balance and voice in the whole future of food conversation and to educate people on the benefits of a plant-forward lifestyle in a non-preachy delivery. A bonus takeaway PDF after the class of “35 tips for easy plant-based swap outs” are included. 45 minutes with time for Q&A included.
